About Case Analyzer

After a car accident, most people get one opinion about their claim: the insurance company's. We exist so you can get a second one, from a licensed attorney, before you sign anything.

What we do

You answer a few questions about your crash and your injuries. We pass your answers to a participating attorney who is licensed in your state and handles car accident cases. That attorney calls you with three answers: whether you have a case, how strong it is, and what it may be worth. The call is free, and you are never required to hire anyone.

How we are paid

Participating attorneys pay us a flat advertising fee. That fee is never a percentage of your settlement and never depends on whether you hire them. This site is a pooled attorney advertisement, and the attorneys who may contact you are identified by state in the notice at the bottom of every page.

What we are not

We are not a law firm and we do not give legal advice. We do not decide whether you have a case, and we never show you a number. Those answers come from the attorney who reviews your case, on the phone, after looking at what you told us.

Your information

Your answers go to an attorney who can review your case so they can call you prepared, and may be shared with attorney marketing partners who work with attorneys in your area. The details, including how to opt out, are in our privacy policy.
